General Schedule

 Below is a general look at our day’s activities:

DROP OFF window - Varies by classroom

  • Children arrive and get settled

9:00 - 10:45 pM: Montessori Work Time

  • Montessori lessons

9:15 - 10:15 AM: Morning Snack

  • Children eat as needed so as not to interrupt Montessori work time

10:45 - 11:10 AM: Morning Circle

  • Circle time, job assignments, calendar, weather, letter of the week, and themed lesson

11:15 AM – 12:00 PM: Outdoor play

  • Children play outside, rain or shine

12:00 – 12:45 PM: Lunch

  • Eat, clean up, and use the bathroom

12:45 – 1:00 PM: Story Time and Nap Preparation

  • Children set up their nap mats and wind down

1:00 – 2:30 PM: Rest & Quiet Time

  • Nappers rest on mats in nap room, other students have quiet work time

2:30 – 3:00 PM: Wake Up & Snack

  • Children wake up, use the bathroom and have snack.

3:00 – 3:30 PM: Outside Time

  • Everyone on the playground rain or shine

  • Pick up

3:30 – 4:30 PM: Extended Day Program

  • Children do a variety of activities including storytime, cooking, free play, and music until parents pick up
